Arduino / ethernet shield to multiple computers via ethernet

Help please.

I am new to this :slight_smile:

what I am trying to do is send data from a device (connected to arduino/ethernet shield) via ethernet cables > via ethernet switch

I can get data coming into my mac and pc - but not at the same time.

Ian using the IP address of 192.168.178.143
that works on mac and or pc.

but together of course the IP address is in conflict.

how do I get 1 ardiuno via ethernet to speak to 2 seperate computers via ethernet switch.

Use two different instances of EthernetServer. Make a GET request using one instance to send data to the PC. Make a GET request using the other instance to send data to the Mac.

Are the computers connecting to the arduino or is the arduino connecting to the computers? UDP or TCP?
