Arduino indicator has no signal with MIDI keyboard etc

Simply I aoplied as per instructions and check a keyboard and a octopad but no action or output on arduino board indicator

Does the midi device have output?

Yes its activated
That's the reason I checked more than one device wothall kinds of settongs

If the midi has output, and the Arduino does not get input, that leaves the optocoupler.

Try changing the 220 ohm resistor on the Rx pin to a 560 ohm resistor.

No nothing is going on anyway

I tried up to 10k value and then remove resistor from there too
But no change

So I checked with an LED at MIDI terminal . . . . That is responding with slight blinks when I press or Hit on device !!!

There is a four pin opto coupler

Bit different type of design !!
