Arduino interfacing with SRAM

I am involved in a project which requires to read an address from external ram and then write it onto the address/data pins of arduino mega 2560.
plz help me.

OK, you're going to need thirteen address pins, eight data pins.
I suggest you tie one of the CE pins to the appropriate level, and control the other with another I/O pin, plus another I/O pin for /WE and another for /OE.
So, a total of 24 pins.
Timing doesn't look too critical, so I don't see any problem with slow accesses.
Just about everything you need to know is on pages 7, 8, 9 and 11 of the datasheet.

{light dawns} Sorry, did you mean you want to address the RAM as external RAM, accessed via the external memory interface?

If so, you're going to need some external latches, because the low order address and data buses are multiplexed.

yes i m accessing that ram as external ram only.
what i had to do is to read address from that ram and write it onto the digital pins.

You read data from RAM.
If you want to treat the data as an address (whatever than means in this context), that's for you to decide how to do.
