Arduino mkr gsm 1400 SSH/TLS communication via SARA U201

Hello, so my issue is as follows. I am trying to communicate over SSH/TLS with my Arduino MKR GSM 1400, for this to happen a private key (rsa in .der format) needs to be saved in the memory of the cellular module - SARA-U201-03B. Which by all counts seems impossible for me, I have contacted local u-blox support and received the EasyFlash tool together with the SARA-U201-04B.dof file for the firmware update.
I have tried uploading the file via Python script and updating via AT commands(no result the file is too big to be saved in the memory). I have adjusted the port settings on my pc to correspond with the baud rate for the EasyFlash upload and tried the com-ports and usb update during boot, unfortunately the cellular module has no feature to be directly powered off as it is a part of the Arduino, so I get all those errors without even being sure that I can establish a connection with the SARA U201 module.

What are you trying to achieve?
Firmware update of the modem or ssh connection?
If ssh: To where? There is no ssh server nor OS. Purpose, idea?
