Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense thinks it is Nano IOT. How do I get it to be Nano 33 BLE Sense again?

I'm not sure what I did, but somehow my Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense now thinks it is a Arduino Nano IOT, essentially turning it into a brick. How do I change it back into a Nano 33 BLE Sense in the IDE?

You can change the cable and see if the problem still persists. If it does not solve the problem, you may need to flash the bootloader again.

Ah, I see the link. You want to flash the standard Arduino bootloader. The first thing I would check is whether the original bootloader is still there. I have already tried changing cables and uninstalling and reinstalling the IDE. My other boards read fine as well. How do I flash the bootloader? Can this be done in the IDE?
