Arduino Nano 33 Ble Tx Power increase

I was wondering how to increase the Tx power on the Arduino nano 33 BLE as it has the nRF52840 chip which should allow for +8dBm however I can't seen to find any documentation online on how to enable this? Any help would be appreciated.

I'd like to lower the transmit power...
and suspect it'd be done using the same method as increasing it...
