Arduino Nano is using UNO's firmware in labview linx

Hi,
When I uploaded the firmware for Arduino Nano for Arduino Nano board and I ran the basic LED blink example, it did not work. It showed me the same error message 5006 in labview.

Just for fun, I have uploaded firmware for Arduino Uno (for Arduino Nano board), the I could run the basic LED blink example without any problem.

Could anyone please tell me why for Arduino Nano board, I can successfully upload Uno firmware and why it is working? If I use the board in this situation, will it be a problem?

When you say "it did not work", do you mean that the upload failed, or that the upload was successful but the board did not behave as you expected after?
