What is my problem ? It's a A000005 version arduino nano.
Can we assume that you have tried the first entry in the Processor menu ?
Will the monitor connect, if not it indicates you have the wrong port selected. Try the new bootloader if the monitor loads. Is this a new unit or has it had some use with external hardware connected?
Problem Solved.
Those two resistors were not properly welded l!!
