I am trying to connect connect an normally closed push button to my Arduino OPTA. I am using a 12V power supply which powers the OPTA and the push button. When I press the button, I want one of the inbuilt leds to light up. The The problem that I am facing is that the OPTA does not react on button …

Thank you. I read somewhere that the range for the analog input input is between 0 and 10V, and for digital inputs its between 0 and 24V. Although not completely sure about this

[image] simostor: for digital inputs its between 0 and 24V OK - I don't own that equipment so that was just my recollection when I read the spec. finger crossed it is :slight_smile:

I don't see how I can lower the the threshold for what is read as a digital high. Any suggestions?

when you connect pin --- bouton --- GND and set the pin as INPUT_PULLUP, you let the MCU set the voltage for you. that being said, 12V is the minimum for your power supply so you need a quality one.
