arduino stuck on uploading

hello I am making a code to say hello world between 2 Arduino Uno and the problem is that the code will not pass output upload screen(if I leave it stays there 4ever)

Please do this:

  • (In the Arduino IDE) File > Preferences
  • Uncheck the checkbox next to "Show verbose output during: compilation"
  • Check the checkbox next to "Show verbose output during: upload
  • Click "OK"
  • Sketch > Upload

Does enabling verbose upload output give any additional information in the black console window at the bottom of the Arduino IDE window than what you posted above?
