Arduino UNO 6.1 Exscercise

Im doing the Arduino UNO Make:Getting Started with Arduino project 6.1"Pretend to be a a keyboard, and type a text string when a button is pressed". We copy the code from the experiments tab in the Arduino language application, and when compiled we recieved the error message:Build options changed, rebuilding all

I believe the issue comes from the fact that the project is being don on a LATITUDE E6400 Laptop and therefore it cannot find an external keyboard. Any help is greatly accepted plz and thanks.
