I'm guessing your Arduino UNO is powered from USB since you don't show power.
You don't show connections to the Enable inputs of your drivers. The Enable has to be ON for the driver to drive the motor.
You seem to be using pins 2, 3, 7, and 8 in your diagram. Did you change the sketch to match?
And no common ground to the UNO !

Accroding to this diagram, I weired Two TB6600 drivers Both PUL + to DIR +, DIR + to PUL + ( same driver) to connect arduino 5V pin, And DIR - to connect arduino 8 Pin, PUL - to connect arduino 7 pin, other driver PUL - to connect arduino 2 pin, DIR - to connect arduino 3 pin. I didn't understand of this diagram Left driver Red dots wires connections. I did DIR + & PUL + both connect to arduino uno 5V pin. I did wrong sir? And your code writing, stepPin2 = 4, dirPin2=5, should i connect to arduino pin 4 & 5 instade of 7 pin & 8 pin Accroding to diagram? sir

Read the instructions to see if you should connect ENA+ to +5V and ENA- to Ground to enable the driver output.
Sir, if i omit DIR + & PUL + ( both) connect to 5V pin then ENA+ to +5V & ENA - to Ground pin, how can difination the code which you gave the diagram code before. Really i am a learner, sir. please help me. May you draw a diagram in a white paper for me?
