I'm having a problem with read SD card.
Platform Arduino Uno + SD module
13 - SCK
12 - MISO
11 - MOSI
10 - CS
+5V
GND
Card - SD 1GB Kingston, Fat16.
Code from EXAMPLES/ReadWrite library SdFat.

After compilation message from Arduino Serial Monitor:
Initializing SD card...initialization done.
Writing to test.txt...done.
error opening test.txt
File is created OK, there is inside "1,2,3".
I cannot open again this file.
I have tried change 5V to 3.3V, change CS pin to 4, different SD card, but problem is still the same.
Can anyone help?
