Arduino USB driver problems

Hello, I've been trying unsuccessfully for 3 days to activate the USB Arduino driver. How can I check if it's properly installed or how to activate it? I'm using the latest version of Arduino (2.1.1). Thank you in advance. Have a good evening. Best regards.

Bonjour, j'essaie d'activer en vain depuis 3 jours l'USB Arduino driver. Comment puis-je voir s'il est bien installé ou pour l'activer. J'utilise la dernière version d'arduino (2.1.1)?

Which board?
Which TTL-to-USB converter (if applicable).
Which operating system?

Windows 11 and Arduino Leonardo
For ttl to USB concerter, i dont know what IS that

TTL-to-USB converter does not apply to the Leonardo, so don't worry about that.

You can check if it works by connecting the Leonardo Next look on Windows device manager where it should show up.

If it doesn't, double-tap the reset button and check the behaviour in Windows device manager (it should show up as a different port); after the double-tap, the L-LED should also fade in and out for approximately 8 seconds.

Be aware that micro-USB cables come in two flavours, charge-only and data/sync. If your board is not recognised by Windows there is a good chance that you're using a charge-only cable.
