ArduinoBLE library compatibility

Hi there, new to this forum and Ardunios so please excuse if I'm asking a silly question.

I came across a couple examples that uses a Bluefruit board with their bluefruit library to perform BLE operations (like sending array data).

I saw that there was something similar called ArduinoBLE however it has a relatively small compatibility list. To confirm, is it not possible to use my UNO REV3 with a HM-10 chip to use this library?

If not, are there any alternatives? (For example: adding a Bluefruit BLE friend chip)
