hello can any one provide tutorials or sample programs 8bit micro controller to connect to web server with the help of wifi shield

my task in university .with the help atmega168 and wifishiled i need to communicate my university web server and available networks this is my task. i want to do this in atmelstudio can any one help me please i am new to this
