ATTiny85 - RC PPM in, 3 servos out. Can it work?

ATTiny85 has 2 timers and 3 PWM outputs.

You will probably need to clock out from the RC oscillator - does it meet timing requirements? I thinks so but I am not sure.

Probably you will need a decoupling cap and no other hardware.
