Audio Out: resistor before capacitor or capacitor before resistor

I am playing with making a laser harp, and using pwm on pin 9 for audio out, which would then go to an amp of some sort.
To protect the pin, I'm using a 150r resistor, and to protect the next module from dc bias, a 100uf cap.

Schematics I've seen show the resistor before the cap, but wondering if theres any problem with going the other way? It would make it a little better for my pcb design (avoid a via to the resistor from pin 9).

Components in series can normally be swapped. Unless effects like noise injection can occur on special components.
