I've just started using arduino and have little to no understanding to it and I've been assigned from my teacher that we must carry out this lab work, I was wondering If anyone can show me how to do the below. Many thanks!
Write a program that takes current and voltage values from user and outputs the resistor value. Use Ohm's law to calculate the resistor value.
Modify the above program so that the resistor values is displayed using blinking leds. Use some creative way to display resistor value using blinking leds. You may use one or more leds.
Write a program that takes color codes as user input and outputs the value of resistor. The resistor values are calculated as follows.
4 Band resistor: First Digit Second Digit * power (10, Third digit), tolerance = fourth digit
5 Band resistor: First Digit Second Digit Third digit * power (10, Fourth digit) , tolerance = fifth digit
Modify the above program so that the resistor values is displayed using blinking leds. Use some creative way to display resistor value using blinking leds. You may use one or more leds.
Modify the data types used in above program and see if there is a difference in size of the sketch.

It's easy.
You need to learn how to run code on the Arduino.
Then you need to learn how to write code of your own so that it compiles, and run it on the Arduino.
Then you need to divide the problem into the smallest pieces you can think of, and tackle them one by one. For example the first task could be broken down into (1) receive input from user, (2) convert input to voltage and current values, (3) calculate the resistance from those voltage and current values, (4) output the calculated resistance value.
Perhaps if you show that you're making an earnest attempt to solve the problem people might offer advice if you get stuck on a specific part of the problem, but we aren't going to do your homework for you.
If this still doesn't make sense you need to contact your tutor and ask them to explain it to you again.

This forum is here so that we can help you solve problems in your project. Not do your project for you. Try writing some basic code or asking a specific question then we can assist you with that.
