BLE Library for UNO R4 WiFi

Everything is now in place for us to invite the community to test out the ArduinoBLE library on the UNO R4 WiFi board. I provided instructions here:

Radio module firmware version 0.2.0 is now available

A new version of the firmware for the radio module on the UNO R4 WiFi board is now available.
