Blocked from site

I have a student who was using the Arduino Create for Education App on their Chromebook. They are now blocked from the site, the page just shows:
Sorry, you have been blocked
You are unable to access arduino.cc

It also says to resolve it, they can email the site owner, but there is no information about that.

How can I help my student?

I still haven't gotten any response - can you help? I have a student that can't use the site - kinda makes it difficult to have her move forward in class.

Please check the spam folder on your email account. Your email service might have wrongly put the response from Arduino support into that folder.

Can you have the information resent to me? Now that we are back from our break, I still have a student who cannot access the site at all.
