Cannot upload sketch to Arduino Uno

I've been trying to upload a blank sketch to an Arduino Uno board and has not worked. I've tried on a friend's computer and works so it's not a cable or board issue. I tried reinstalling the Arduino IDE and my ports (COM & LPT) drivers. I am using Arduino 2.2.1 for windows 64 bit on a windows 11 laptop.
Here's the error message I've gotten:

If it's a clone R3 with a CH340 chip rather than a 16u2, the instructions at the link below may be of help:

Try the solution in Port monitor error: command 'open' failed: Invalid serial port. Could not connect to COM serial port - #49 by ptillisch.

This is the error message that I got after rolling back my driver

I see a successful upload. I don't see an error message.

Oh shoot, I just assumed the verbose prompt in red was an error haha, thank you for your help!
