Hello, I was Wandering What Capacitors I should Use for a 3 Stage Coil Gun. I Saw THIS Capacitor, Is it a good one to use? If not Could You Point me to what I Should Use.
Please give more information on the circuit so we can make better suggestions. I assume the C needs to dump a high voltage and current very quickly.

I acculay dont have one yet, I was getting all possible parts first. Do you recommend one?
Without knowing what you want to do, we cannot recommend a C. They all have different uses depending on what you want to do.

The capacitor choice will depending on how much energy your Coil Gun need.
Capacitor - Energy Stored
The energy stored in a capacitor can be expressed as
W = 1/2 C V2 (1)
where
W = energy stored (Joules)
C = capacitance (Farad)
V = potential difference (Voltage)
Capacitor - Power Generated
Since power is energy dissipated in a time - the potential power generated by a capacitor can be expressed as
P = dW / dt (2)
where
P = potential power (Watts)
dt = dissipation time (s)
Example - Capacitor, energy stored and power generated
The energy stored in a 8800 μF capacitor charged to 230 V can be calculated as
W = 1/2 (8800x10-6 F) (230 V)2
= 232.76 Joules
in theory - if this energy is dissipated within 5 μs the potential power generated can be calculated as
P = (232.76 Joules) / (5x10-6 s)
= 46552000 W
= 46 MW
Be aware that in any real circuit, discharge starts at a peak value and declines. The energy dissipated is a very rough average power over the discharge pulse.
