CC3000 wifi shield act as server and client

Hi.

Maybe this is a lame question.

Is CC3000 wifi shield can act as client and server at the same time without interrupt each other process?

Or in simple program, when arduino act as client to access an URL, it can stop the process for a while and attend to manage access from other client/PC client. After that, it go back to normal loop when done.

is it possible?

Yes, the hardware is able to support multiple connections. It's a different question if the software also supports this. What library do you intend to use?
