What do you want to change? The number of the sender can’t be changed, it’s the number of your SIM card...Attach an entry to that phone number in your receiving phone address book and you’ll see that name as the sender

You can’t - there is no name attached to your number - that’s your ID on the network.
If you send it to someone who does not know you, well it is spam and probably not welcome...
Only visible and trusted companies - depending where you live - can actually attach a name to the sms you send and then it goes through special APIs from the carrier infrastructure
