I have started building a robot with the arduino and I am beginner with arduino

I want to ask what is the best kind of servo motors can I use with a small robot but I want it with a great torque

is there any recommendations ?

Torque for what? Perhaps servos are not even appropriate for your application.

That probably depends on just what you want to build and how much money you have to spend on the project.

lest's say something near to a humanoid robot having arms and aim to lift him self with these arms

You probably need to do some extensive study of similar bots others have built to see what they have used successfully.

I'm saying that a servo that can deal with the loads that you are dealing with is going to cost far more than $20.
