I've recently bought two ARDUINO MKR WIFI 1010 and I'm running a web server on those, and wifi client.
After a while the Arduino is powered up, the CHRG led blink and the Arduino web server does not reply anymore.
Why ?
Is MKR 1010 going to some sort of sleep mode ?

It is quite normal.
If you read a few posts (more so in the MKR1000 section) you will see this has been asked and answered quite a few times.
Your web server issue is possibly a different issue but you neglected to include much detail about it.
Thank you, I didn't find nothing searching "MKR 1010 CHRG LED" so now I know why 
The 1010 is a newish board so the question has not yet arisen quite so much.
If in doubt always search the other MKR sections for some of the more common issues unless your question is very specific to the abilities of your particular board.
I have both a MKR1000 and now a MKR WiFi 1010 and there seems to be a difference between the two with regards to the external battery connect and the CHRG LED. In both cases the CHRG LED starts to blink when connected to a router. However, with the MKR1000 if a 3.7 LiPo battery is connected to the board via J2 the CHRG LED stays lit and the voltage measured at the battery connection is 3.7v; I am not certain what happens after the LiPo is fully charged. With the MKR WiFi 1010, the CHRG LED does not change if a LiPo batter is connected; that is it either continues to blink or just stays off even if the battery is not fully charged. Also, the voltage measured at the J7 batter connector is only 1.4v . This seems to reflect what is shown in the schematic where the VBATT voltage shows "VBATT/1.4B" or 1.4v. Is this normal?
Looks like the issue was that I have a bad 3.7v 1200 mAh LiPo battery. I used a Adafruit Boost charger with the LiPo battery and it will not charge past 1.5v. Using another battery, a 3.7v 2200mAh Lithium Ion battery, the MKR WiFi 1010 CHRG LED stays lit and does not start to blink. I have not seen it turn off though but the board does stay on when the USB cable is removed and the battery is connected. The Green LED stay lit as well with just the battery connected but not the CHRG LED.
The odd thing is that the CHRG LED on the MKR1000 lit with the bad LiPo connected so it must be more sensitive to low battery levels.
The 1000 was the first real MKR series so that could well be true.
Other MKR's may use slightly different components ?
