I correctly inputted the Exp. Date of my card as well as the CVC in this matter, in fact, i did it almost 5 times yet still got the same result.

Although the Arduino Forum is the best place for things like requesting assistance with Arduino projects and how to use Arduino Cloud and other Arduino development tools. I think that for problems with purchasing Arduino Cloud plans or other Arduino products, it is better to contact Arduino customer service.
