Can anyone control the wire diagram?

The CNC Shield is on a Arduino Uno
Without a specification for the Driver Adapter P-DA-02, it's hard to tell. TTL could be 3.3V or 5V.
What is the required frequency for PWM? I guess you could try different values and see what works. Normally to reverse engineer this type of stuff, I would put a scope on a working unit and see what is used.
