I got excited about code folding, but then I can't find it in Preferences. Has that function been done away with?

Just downloaded the latest version.
What number, there are two IDE's one offline and the newer online version.

Hover the cursor in the vertical space between the line number and the opening brace of a function and a down arrow should appear
Click it to collapse the function
I see, it is on by default. Thank you.
Perhaps this should be split off.
