sorry for asking this because it has been asked already. But I do not understand it fully yet.
So for my application I am using the ESP32 with my own designed board. Now I would like to use it in a commercial product. The most questions regarding this only referred to the hardware. Now I am only using the Arduino Software IDE and no Arduino hardware.
Can I get a license that I can use it commercially? Or do I simply have to publish the object files?

You can use the IDE software, you MAY need to get a licence to distribute code that uses any libraries.
