Control Servo Speed With Potentiometer

Hello,

I have a SC90 servo and a potentiometer hooked up to a Nano and want to control the servo speed with the potentiometer while it's doing a sweep movement. I have a sketch for a sweep movement and a sketch for servo direction with the potentiometer and I know how to adjust the code to change the speed. I want to combine them so I can control the servo speed while it's sweeping back and forth.

I looked on the internet for such a sketch but all I got was ones for a sweep or changing the speed in the sketch. Is there such a sketch or how do I combine the two?

I take it the pot will give a V to the ADC input and the value read will get converted into a delay time if some sort, right?

What kind of MCU is being used?

Make sure your servo has it own power supply. Otherwise a voltage drop when the servo moves can cause the Arduino to reset.
