I am new in PLCs an I want to control servomotors or steppermotors via Ethernet TCP/IP or Modbus RTU can someone give me a tip how to do it and wich hardware I should use especially wich motordriver I shuold use.

If you want to use Opta - there was already a bunch of topics at this forum about using PWM for stepper motors with Opta. Try searching, it should be easy to find it.
Anyways, AFAIK there is no way to controll stepper motors with just Opta, you’ll need an analog expansion that offers PWM outputs.
