Could not activate licenses for the Opta

Hello!
First make sure you are using the latest version of the IDE (v1.0.3.1) and the PLC IDE Tools (re-install them if you want)

On this tutorial we explained the steps to activate and configure the communication, check it out https://docs.arduino.cc/software/plc-ide/tutorials/plc-ide-setup-license

Then try:

  1. Double tap the reset button on the Opta
  2. Restart the PLC IDE
  3. Download the runtime onto the Opta
  4. Connect, check on the bottom right, it says "connected" on green
  5. Try again to activate the device

If you still cannot activate it.

Please open the Serial Monitor on the Arduino IDE and contact us with the output of that, so we can check what is happening.

Do not share it here, as it contains your unique Hardware ID.
