Had too much time to kill an week and got to many new ideas in my head.
I found some home made ROV`s online, where one of them had ideas of using an Arduino board for controlling the ROV. Main reason was that this would make it possible to send controll signals over an Ethernet cable instead of using poor powercables with problems like loss of voltage power.
Building an ROV sounds like fun, but if it also means that i kan play with electronics and learn new stuff its great
Iwe already started with controllfunctions, got myself an Arduino Uno to begin learning and I
m using an Wireless Logitech F710 controller.
My idea is to use computer linked with ROV throu Ethernetcable and with an Ethernet switch onboard ROV to also connect one or two IP cameras.
I`m wondering if anyone have experience with sending multiple signals throu an switch like this, will it make problems for Arduino board(s)? If it will have anyone got some better ideas for doing this..?
