DFT prossesing with arduino (arduino DUE )

Hello,
I want to work in the software prossesing with software arduino (arduino due ) to display a dft of signal and I have a program and have found it in some examples, but I do not know what the content means, have anyone tutorial for prossesing for help me to understand all the instruction in prossesing please help me.

Do you mean processing the software or processing some data using the arduino plateform?
