Hello I'm trying to figure out what is the difference between the M0 and M0 Pro? I know there are a couple of hardware changes But I'm unsure of software changes to the bootload, Sketches and libraries? Can someone please Help me out? I'm reading a lot of different things But really unsure of the software side of things?

On the software side of things there is minimal difference. The M0 Pro has an onboard programming/debugging chip so you can either program it through the debugger or the native USB port, but that is about the only software difference.
Hello BJHenry For that information. I'm trying to buy a M0 pro board because i have one and trying to get a second one. But everywhere i turn to all sold out. And sense I'm in the US i only buy things that are in the US as well. Then again all sold out no matter where i turn to.
The M0 Pro was an Arduino.org product, and has been discontinued.
