Hehehe. My favorite thing about Tesla coils is that you can just stand there, holding a lightbulb, and it'll light up :).

I've always wanted one, but I don't know if I would have the patience to build one. I'd probably end up electrocuting myself along the way. That, and I'd probably fry my servers and workstations with the EMF...

At one point, I had access to one so big, you could fit three people into the coil. We used it to cook hotdogs.
