Does Arduino 2009 work with that motor?

Hello everybody
I need to control a stepper motor, but I don't know very much about this topic. I found Arduino and think that this would be the right choice for me. But I don't know if it can bear the motor I have.

Could someone have a quick look on the datasheet and tell me if it can work?

In order to drive a motor you need some sort of transistor or relay. You can't drive a motor directly from this (or any other) micro controller chip directly.

Have a look at :- Motors 1
along with the other motor pages on this site.

Using an LM2903 or SN754410 is always a good thing to get into...
