Clearly it is not YOUR arduino if you need to get the code out of it.
Otherwise you would already have a copy of the sketch you sent to the Arduino as nobody is crazy enough to loose a sketch so vital.
There are ways to get the code out but only as a HEX file and not as a sketch.
That HEX file can only really be used on the original type of hardware.

Juraj was telling you that the sketch (program) that is installed into the Arduino Uno at the factory is called "Blink".
If you run other programs and then later want to reload that program, you open the file in the IDE by selecting Files, Examples, 01.Basics. There will appear several sketch names, one of which is Blink. Click the => button to load the sketch into your Uno that is hooked up to your PC through the USB cable.
There is no instructions available to pull the code from the Uno back into a file for reloading. When you write a sketch, you have that file in C language, to save, modify and reload.
If you are talking about the Uno operating system code, I can't help you there.
