i want to know if it is possible to download the code that is inside the arduino.
say there is a situation that i have a arduino with SOME sketch code and want to know what kind of sketch is inside, how do i find out?
i could not find any topic regarding downloading the sketch that is inside the arduino.

The answer is no...
If you want to get technical then you can sometimes remove it (if the fuses have not been changed) but you will get it in hex 'machine code' so it will not be much use to you. You could never convert it back to 'arduino code' from that.
