Although I carefully checked everything it looks like that I was searching on the wrong location. I found ESP32 folder now...
I'm looking deeper in to the code just now...however it looks like that everything around ESP32 Nano works around GPIO pins, so I tried to follow instructions from the next post to check if there would be any difference: GPIO pin numbering scheme not working on Arduino Nano ESP32 - #7 by lburelli
Result is - sensor on D7 and D10 works, on D11 doesn't work at all. It looks like that there is really something special on this pin (hardware limitations inside the ESP32-S3R8). If somebody has other explanation for this case It would be really welcome.
