DUE - [ Communication method through programming Port ]

I want to connect like this.
DUE - [( Programming Port ) ==> Micro 5pin to Serial[Dsub9] ==> Usb to Serial ]
Please tell me the pin map ( Communication port pin map )

The way i've done it
Arduino [ Programming Port ] PC [ USB to Serial ]

  1.            [ 2 , 3 , 5 ]                   ==>            [ 2 , 3 , 5 ]   

  2.            [ 2 , 3 , 5 ]                   ==>            [ 3 , 2 , 5 ]   

  3.            [    ALL    ]                   1:1             [    ALL    ]

other [ RX 0 , TX1 ] ==> [ 2 , 3 , 5 ]
other [ RX 0 , TX1 ] ==> [ 3 , 2 , 5 ]

No data is coming in
< USB to Micro5pin > is no problem.

What is that?

It might be better to just take a photo (resonably sized at around 300kB) of a hand drawn 'schematic'. Please provide links to all components that are not the Arduino.

If the connector is a 'true' RS232, you will need to drive CTS/RTS pins
