Hey there, long time no see ^^
I don't know if you saw the work Daito Manabe did using electro stimulation.
So, last week-end at a flea market, and got a Sport-Elec 4, one of those late night shopping "muscle maker", for 2 euros. It works, so I opened it ^^
The circuit is quite simple : 2x555, 3x2222A NPN transistors, 1 transformer, 2 trimmers and a few caps and resistors. The technical characteristics (printed on the user manual) are those :
- Low Frequency unidirectional square pulse current
- Power : 2x9V (6LR61)
- 60V nominal tension (500 ohms charge)
- Pulse frequency : 30Hz
- Pulse width : 260 us
As I don't have any logic analyzer and / or oscilloscope, I retraced the circuit under Proteus to analyze it.
I'll continue later.
