How can I set the UUID so it shows as "Temperature sensor" service? Have you got any experience in programming ESP32 bluetooth? Are we allowed to use 16-bit UUID's cause I cant seem to find a way to use them.

What is the real difference between BLE server and BLE uart? It seems that in both examples both devices (esp32 and phone) are able to communicate with each other, isnt that right?
