Facing problem in sending sensor data to local server i.e wamp

I'm using arduno UNO,MQ-135 Gas sensor and esp8266-01 WiFi module. I'm facing problem in sending datda to the local server using GET method.
I checked logs, it shows 400 error.Please help me out guys
