I need an IMU that has a very high output rate. The project involves a self-stabilizing platform, that gets the values from the IMU and corrects itself to stay horizontal. I am using servos as actuators.
I started with the BNO005 sensor, but found its output rate of only 100 Hz to be slow for the project.
I am considering the MPU-6050 IMU, which has a gyro output rate of 8000 Hz and an accelerometer output rate of 1000 Hz.
Is there anything else that is faster than that?
