Hello, my Arduino nano every model fryed 7 or 8 months ago as a result of a short circuit in the motor driver, and now when I plug it in, the LEDs are on, but the computer says the USB is faulty and there is heating in the Atmel Samd11u chip. is there any way to save it? thanks.
Probably not. The SAMD chip should be replaced, but that may not be the only problem. Chalk this up as an inexpensive learning experience.
Hi,
just asking out of interest. Where would you get a programmed SAMD for this?
i found that search it on aliexpress : ATSAMD11D14A-MU ATSAMD10D14A-MUT serigraf SAMD11U SAMD10U orijinal otantik
Hi,
You misunderstood me. I can order a blank µC anywhere. But if it is damaged on the Every, you need a fully programmed one. Because the program that runs on the SAM is not publicly available as far as I know.
As far as I know, it's MuxTO and it is available on your PC; it's part of the megaAvr board package.
Does your link work for you? MuxTo does not exist. Not on the www and not on my computer.
I do not understand.
On my Windows system: C:\Users\yourUsername\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\hardware\megaavr\1.8.8\firmwares\MuxTO
Note that you need to have the megaAVR board package installed. Also note that AppData is a hidden directory; you have to tell windows to show 'system files and hidden files'; I think that the full path above should work.
Hi,
I really couldn't do anything with the link. The search results didn't tell me anything. Your further explanation helped me to understand it. Now I understand everything. Thank you very much.
In my portable "installation" the path is
C:\ ... \arduino-1.8.19\portable\packages\arduino\hardware\megaavr\1.8.8\firmwares\MuxTO
