Hi!
I would like to develop a GPS tracker for my car.
My question is if you could give me some guidance in what hardware should I buy.
For the moment I have one SIM800L GPRS GSM Module Micro SIM Core Board QUAD BAND (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01FK3OPQ6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
do I need something else?? (besides Arduino boards, resistances...)

No.

I see no indication that the SIM800L has GPS functionality. If it doesn't, you'll need a GPS module.
