Handheld gaming console

I am trying to build a handheld gaming console such as the PSP using Arduino. I am aware it can be done using a Raspberry Pi 4 but that's expensive... Is there any Arduino board that I can run games on (like upload super mario). I've seen tutorials but they use small screens and games coded in Arduino IDE, I can easily program games in Unity or such so I can upload something like that too.
